Building visible authority for a speciality clinic

A content and approval system that lets clinical expertise become visible without overpromising.

This is concept. It was self-initiated by Purple Ocean. No client commissioned it, no campaign was run, and there are therefore no performance figures to report. It is published so you can assess how we think about a problem before committing to work with us.

Context

In most speciality categories the most-followed voice is not the most qualified one. Clinicians who could credibly lead the conversation stay invisible because publishing feels risky, slow and outside their job description.

The challenge

Design an authority-building programme a working clinical team can actually sustain — one where accuracy is protected by process rather than by avoiding publishing altogether.

The approach

  1. 01

Map the questions patients search before they are ready to book

  2. 02

Build content formats around education, not treatment promotion

  3. 03

Design a two-stage approval workflow with a defined clinical sign-off window

  4. 04

Separate what marketing may write from what only a clinician may approve

  5. 05

Connect published content to an enquiry path the front desk can handle

Deliverables

What the engagement would produce.

  • Patient-question research framework
  • Content pillar structure
  • Documented clinical approval workflow
  • Sample educational content set
  • Enquiry routing and response templates

Tell us what you are trying to grow.

A focused conversation, not a generic sales pitch. We will understand the business, identify the growth gaps and assess whether this is a strong fit.
